Doctel (Doctor) app for iPhone and iPad

Doctel provides healthcare practices and hospitals with a platform to effectively schedule, manage and conduct audio or video appointments between doctors and patients. The app also helps patients maintain a centralised record of their medical history in a secure manner, making it accessible to doctors as required and with permission from the patient.

How it Works:
Doctors provide their availability on the app. Patients will be shown appointment options. Once patient has selected an appointment from the available options, the doctor will be notified of the scheduled appointment time. The app allows for doctors to provide appointments to their patients at their own convenience and from anywhere they may be.
Doctel will provide the patient an option to upload their reason for consultation, medical conditions, allergies and ongoing medication details on the app; This information will only be shared with the doctor during the consultation. Doctors will not have access to any medical records after the appointment has concluded.

Privacy and Safety
We respect your privacy completely and use the highest standards of servers and protection for Doctel. Furthermore, patient data (medical records and information, conversations between doctor and patient etc) will not be available to after the appointment has been completed.
